Welcome to Sheffield University Ski Club; also known as the Sheffski we're one of the biggest and most outgoing sports clubs at Sheffield Uni.

As a huge and very sociable club you're more than welcome to join even if you don't want to ski but just want a laugh. We cover all angles and offer a full calendar of racing and freestyle events, legendary socials and two ski holidays a year which have to be experienced to be believed!

For those that do or would like to ski, then all levels of skiers are equally welcome, you'll never be out of your depth, don't worry! We always have qualified instructors on hand to cater for all abilities at our Friday Sessions. If you've never tried it before, then just come along and find out what you're missing, as at Sheffield Ski Village we have the largest dry slope complex in Europe on our doorstep. You'll certainly enjoy your snow holiday more if you've got the learning out of the way back in the UK.

Bonjourrr hope everyone had a good night… couldn’t wait another 2 weeks for the next social so fitting in an extra one for halloween.

I’m sure you’ve already guessed… obvs halloween fancy dress, starting in Walkabout as Coors are giving out ski and beer freebies (with a chance to win £2000 worth of ski gear) then do Tiger Works and Bar|One ending up in ROAR.

Get your roar tickets on the day at the Source/Zone from 12-3. You can also purchase them at Tiger Works on the night (if there are any left!!!).

The deadline to pay for BUDS is Friday the 28th, so come along to this session and pay for that too, otherwise you will lose your place!

We are also taking holiday sign-ups during this session.

Holiday Booking is NOW OPEN!

The biggest event of the year, The SheffSki Christmas Holiday, is now open for booking. Due to technical difficulties, the online booking system is not quite ready. Because there are so many people wanting to book the holiday NOW, we are taking reservations! Half the places have gone since reservations opened so be quick!

BUDS… furry fun…

For those of you who don’t know BUDS is one of the best weekends you’ll ever have at uni… FACT!!! To prove this we’ve put a little video together for your viewing pleasure…

Hopefully after that little gem you’re starting to appreciate how good a party BUDS is going to be as we once again break out the FUR and head to the hills to have a few refreshing bevy’s and a huge BBQ whilst cheering on our competitors as they trounce Hallam (SCUM) and deal Newcastle a terrific mauling…
